Riverbend RV Rules
RV Guidelines, Site Maintenance & Cleanliness
Ensure your campsite is clean and free of clutter, debris, and litter.
No unauthorized modifications to RV site.
No permanent structures should be installed without the owner’s permission.
No trenching around campsites.
No dumping of sewage or gray water on the ground.
No washing vehicles in the park.
No hanging items from trees.
No use of electrical insect-killing devices.
RV owner is responsible for winterizing camper. Riverbend RV LLC will not be held responsible for damage to camper due to frozen pipes or anything related to weather of any kind.
RV owner is responsible for taking awning in. Riverbend RV is not responsible for awning damage due to wind or other acts of nature.
Please place all trash bags in dumpster.
Do not dispose of diapers, wipes or anything other than toilet paper in sewer. Riverbend RV reserves the right to charge guests for septic and/or drain field work due to failure to adhere to this policy.
We do not care hold old your RV is, but if there are excessive leaks or anything that affects the camping area, you will be required to maintain camper in a way that does not impact the grounds. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from premises.
Pets
Up to 3 pets per site are allowed. Must be on leash at all times when not in RV. Continuous barking will not be tolerated out of respect for other campers and if not kept quiet, guests will be asked to leave. Pet owner is responsible for feces removal off grounds.
Noise & Conduct
Quiet hours: Respect quiet hours, from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No loud noise or disruptive behavior: Avoid loud noise, whether mechanical, musical, or vocal.
No foul or indecent language is tolerated. We are family-friendly.
No abusive or disruptive behavior toward management or other persons.
No illegal activities.
No solicitation or selling.
Vehicles & Parking
A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per RV site.
Park vehicles within the campsite and designated parking areas. Only park on gravel.
No parking on the grass or in adjoining fields.
Vehicles parked on your site must not obstruct the road.
Do not drive in or through any field on adjoining Bernard Farms.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in dismissal from Riverbend RV and forfeiture of any fees already paid.
Other
No feeding cows on property. You are free to walk along dirt roads, but do not open/or enter any gates. All fences on the property are electrified and will shock you if you touch them. Liability: Campers are responsible for all occupants and guests at their campsite. Camping at Riverbend RV is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by campfires, gravel/rocks, gates, or entry/exit into our park. Riverbend RV is not liable for any damage to your camper while on site.
Cancellation Policy: Since camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will not receive a refund. No-shows or early departures will not receive a full or partial refund for nightly, weekly, or monthly stays.
